Are you interested in speaking at the HFMA Region 1 2022 Conference?
Please fill out the proposal form for consideration. Speaker proposals should be submitted by April 29, 2022. Only selected proposals will be contacted in May 15th. All submissions are kept on file for future topic consideration.

Proposals should be for a 50 minute to 1.5 hour sessions. The exact time will be determined as we set our agenda. Ideal topics are related to general purpose, revenue management, payment, reimbursement, regulation, leadership, innovation, or managing change.

A few notes:

Region 1 does not choose speakers, instead we select topics that fit the desired theme of the conference and then look for speakers to fit the topic.
Region 1 does not pay honorariums.
Preferential treatment is NOT given to companies that exhibit/sponsor.
Sessions are generally 50 minutes to one hour and thirty minutes with a focus on senior level management hot topics (general purpose, revenue cycle management, payment, reimbursement, regulation, leadership, innovation, and managing change).

Additionally, we encourage you to get involved at the Chapter level. Feel free to reach out to the HFMA Connecticut, Massachusetts-Rhode Island, or Norhtern New England Chapters – or others – for speaking opportunities.
